1. What this policy covers
TelePong is a management tool used by agencies for their Telegram and OnlyFans accounts. We do not run a public site where content is published; content is stored in private workspaces and sent or published by our Customers through those Platforms. Even so, we take responsibility for what is stored on and sent through our systems. This policy explains how to report a problem, what we do about it and how to appeal.
If the content you are concerned about is published on Telegram or OnlyFans, please also report it to that Platform using its own tools; they can act on the public copy, we can act on our Customer and on the copy in our systems.
2. How to report
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| Content involving a minor; non-consensual or leaked content; trafficking, coercion or exploitation; threats or extortion | [email protected] |
| Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property claims | [email protected] |
| Privacy requests from fans or creators (access, deletion, objection) | [email protected] |
| Anything else: billing, conduct of an agency or team member, technical issues | [email protected] |
Reports can be made anonymously, but we may be unable to follow up or tell you the outcome without a way to reach you. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
3. What to include
- what the content or conduct is, and why it is illegal or violates our Acceptable Use Policy;
- where it is: the Telegram username, channel, bot or OnlyFans profile involved, links, screenshots, message dates — anything that lets us find it;
- if you appear in the content: a statement that you are the person depicted and did not consent (or have withdrawn consent), and a way for us to verify your identity; identity documents you send are used only for verification and deleted afterwards;
- if you are claiming an intellectual-property right: the elements listed in section 5;
- how we can contact you.
4. What we do, and how fast
- Acknowledgement within one business day of receiving a report with enough information to act on.
- Content involving a minor, non-consensual content, trafficking or coercion: on a credible report we immediately restrict access to the content in our systems while we validate the report, and within 24 hours of validation we remove the content, disconnect or suspend the workspace or accounts involved, preserve evidence, and report to the competent authorities — for minors, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement. We also notify the Platforms where appropriate.
- Intellectual-property notices: access to the identified material is disabled promptly after validation, typically within 24 hours, and the Customer concerned is notified with a copy of the notice.
- All other complaints are handled fairly and consistently, with the aim of resolving them within 5 business days. You receive a written outcome.
- Records of complaints and of our decisions are retained for audit and for the time needed to establish or defend legal claims.
5. Copyright and other intellectual-property notices
We respond to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the EU Digital Services Act and equivalent laws. Send a notice to [email protected] containing:
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- identification of the work you say is infringed (a representative list is acceptable for several works of one owner);
- identification of the material to be removed with enough detail for us to find it (account, link, screenshot, date);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
A Customer whose material was removed may send a counter-notice to the same address containing their contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that they have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of their place of business (or, where applicable, the US federal court for their district) and acceptance of service from the complainant, and a signature. We forward counter-notices to the complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have started court proceedings.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the workspaces of Customers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others, and may do so after a single notice for egregious infringement.
Bad-faith notices
Knowingly false notices and counter-notices can make the sender liable for damages and costs under the laws above.
6. If you appear in content (priority procedure)
If you are depicted in content stored on or sent through TelePong and you did not consent, or have withdrawn consent, you do not need to prove copyright. Write to [email protected] with a description of the content, a statement that you are the person depicted and did not consent, and a way to verify your identity. On validation we remove the content from our systems within 24 hours, instruct the Customer to remove it from the Platforms, and may suspend the Customer. No counter-notice procedure applies. If a disagreement about consent cannot be resolved, the content stays down.
7. Human trafficking, coercion and exploitation
We have zero tolerance for any use of the Service that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, debt bondage, coercion or abuse of any person, including the people who appear in our Customers’ content, the creators whose accounts are managed, the team members who do the work, and the fans they talk to.
- Our Customers warrant in the Terms of Service that everyone appearing in their content is an adult who has given informed, written consent and participates voluntarily, is paid as agreed and is free to stop at any time, and that they keep the records to prove it.
- Reports of suspected trafficking or coercion are treated as emergencies: the workspace or accounts concerned are restricted immediately and the report is reviewed within 24 hours.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and provide records where the law requires it.
- Accounts and workspaces involved are terminated permanently, without refund.
If you suspect that anyone connected with an account managed through TelePong is being trafficked, coerced or abused, or is a minor, report it immediately to [email protected]. Reports can be anonymous.
8. Appeals
If you disagree with the outcome of a complaint — as the complainant or as the Customer whose content was removed or workspace restricted — reply to the outcome message within 14 days explaining why. A different person from the one who made the original decision reviews the appeal and answers in writing with reasons. Content involving minors, trafficking or non-consensual content is not restored unless the appeal shows that the underlying violation did not occur.
9. Requests from authorities
Law-enforcement and other official requests for records should be sent to [email protected] with the legal basis and the scope of the request. We review each request, disclose only what the law requires, and notify the affected Customer where the law allows and it is safe to do so.
