Message control · pillar #2

Edits and deletions can’t hide anymore

TelePong keeps a tamper-proof mirror of every dialog: any edited or deleted message stays in the owner’s log — even what the chatter deleted inside Telegram. You see exactly what was sent, edited and deleted — and by whom.

The problem

What’s deleted is treated
as if it never happened

In Telegram Desktop the chatter is their own editor: changing the price after the fact, adding their own requisites, then deleting the message — and the owner is left with nothing. A dispute with a fan or a review with the team comes down to “word against word”. There’s no way to prove what was actually sent.

After-the-fact edits
The chatter changes the price or adds their own requisites in an already-sent message — the fan sees one thing, you think another.
Deleting to hide
The evidence is wiped in a couple of clicks right in Telegram — by the time you look, there’s nothing left.
Word against word
A dispute with a fan or a team review comes down to a retelling — there’s no way to reconstruct the exact chat.
How the log works

A mirror that can’t be wiped

01

A mirror of every message

snapshot at send

TelePong copies every incoming and outgoing message at the moment it’s sent and files it in the owner’s log. It’s a separate store, not the same window the chatter uses — so it can’t be changed from the chat.

02

Every edit version, in full

before and after

Edit a message and the log keeps the original, the new version and the time of each edit. You see exactly what was swapped for what, not just the final text.

03

Deleted stays forever

nothing gets wiped

A message the chatter deleted inside Telegram itself stays in your log marked “deleted”, with the time. Cleaning up traces after the fact is impossible — the log is immutable.

04

Who, when and from which account

full attribution

Every entry is tied to the chatter, the account and the exact time. In a dispute you open the dialog and see a provable history — who sent, edited and deleted what.

What the owner gets

Any dialog reconstructable to the word

Not surveillance for its own sake — provability: in a dispute you open the log and see the exact history, not a retelling.

Questions

The essentials, briefly

Yes. The copy is taken at the moment of sending and stored separately, so deleting in Telegram doesn’t erase it from the owner’s log.
All of them: the original, each edited version and the time of the edit — you see what was swapped for what.
No. The log is a separate, immutable owner store; it can’t be changed or deleted from the chat.
Yes. Every entry is tied to the chatter, the account and the exact time.
No. They chat as usual — mirroring runs in the background and doesn’t affect the speed of the dialog.
