1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every workspace owner, manager, chatter and other team member who uses TelePong, and to every account, bot, channel and piece of content managed through it. It forms part of the Terms of Service. A violation is a material breach of those Terms and can lead to immediate suspension, termination without refund, preservation of evidence and reporting to the competent authorities.

TelePong is a tool that connects to accounts you run on Telegram and OnlyFans. Those platforms have their own rules; this policy applies in addition to them, never instead of them.

2. Content that is never allowed

You may not upload, store, send, publish or promote through the Service any of the following, in any form, including drawn, animated or AI-generated depictions:

  • any sexual content involving a person under 18, or presenting a person as a minor (including age-play, “teen” framing without clear statement of adult age, school uniforms or similar framing that implies minority);
  • content recorded, obtained or shared without the informed consent of every person who appears in it — hidden-camera material, leaked private content, “revenge” content, content of sleeping, unconscious or intoxicated people, or content whose consent has been withdrawn;
  • content that depicts or appears to depict non-consensual sexual acts, coercion, force or wording that signals lack of consent or inability to consent;
  • content that depicts or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour or debt bondage;
  • deepfakes or other synthetic depictions of an identifiable real person created without that person’s written consent;
  • bestiality, necrophilia, incest (real or simulated), sexual content involving excrement, blood, urine or vomit, and sexualised violence, injury or death;
  • content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders or non-medical drug use;
  • hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, harassment or violence against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or national origin;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights of others;
  • content that depicts or facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of weapons, controlled substances or sexual services where they are unlawful.

Where we find such content we remove it, preserve evidence, suspend the workspace and, in the case of minors or trafficking, report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other competent authorities.

3. Age, consent and records

For every item of sexually explicit or intimate content managed through the Service, the Customer must, before it is uploaded or sent:

  • verify, using a government-issued photo ID, that every person who appears in it was at least 18 years old at the time of recording;
  • hold written, informed consent from each of them covering the recording, the uses you make of it (including sale to Fans, posting to channels and mass messaging) and the specific acts depicted;
  • keep the identity and consent records required by the law of your jurisdiction and by the Platforms (for example the records required of producers under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where it applies), and be able to produce them on request;
  • honour any withdrawal of consent by removing the affected content from the Service and from the Platforms.

The same applies to voice samples used for voice synthesis and to any likeness used in AI-generated material: only with the documented consent of the person whose voice or likeness it is.

Nobody other than consenting adult performers may appear in content, including in the background. No weapons, illegal substances or animals may appear in sexual content.

4. Conduct that is never allowed

  • Accounts you do not control. Connecting an account without the express authorisation of its owner; buying, renting or sharing accounts in breach of Platform rules; using stolen or fake accounts.
  • Deceiving or defrauding Fans. Extortion (including “sextortion”), blackmail, threats, doxing or harassment of Fans; taking payment for content or services you do not intend to deliver; using stolen payment instruments; soliciting payment outside the channels the Customer has approved in order to steal from the Customer.
  • Exploiting anyone. Any use of the Service in connection with trafficking, coercion, forced labour, or the recruitment or control of people for sexual exploitation; any contact with a person you know or should reasonably suspect to be a minor.
  • Spam and abuse of the Platforms. Sending unsolicited bulk messages in breach of Platform rules or anti-spam law; mass contact of people who have not interacted with your accounts; evading Platform limits, blocks or age restrictions through technical tricks; misleading or harmful links.
  • Attacking the Service. Probing, scanning or testing the Service’s security without written permission; bypassing access controls, watermarks or content protection; scraping or bulk-exporting data you are not authorised to access; introducing malware; interfering with other workspaces.
  • Misusing team visibility. Using workspace records about team members for unlawful purposes or without the notice required by the law of the place where they work.
  • Sanctions and export control. Using the Service in breach of applicable sanctions or export-control law.

5. Respect for Telegram and OnlyFans

The Service exists to help you run accounts on those Platforms well, not to break their rules. Automation, mass messaging, pacing, proxies and the other tools we provide must be used within the limits the Platforms allow and for accounts you are authorised to operate. If a Platform restricts an account, we will not help you evade that restriction. Repeated restrictions caused by abuse may lead us to disconnect the account or suspend the workspace.

6. Reporting a violation

Report illegal content, exploitation, suspected minors or non-consensual content to [email protected]. Report other violations to [email protected]. Include as much detail as you can: the workspace or account involved, screenshots or identifiers of the content, and when it happened. Reports about minors or non-consensual content are prioritised and acted on within 24 hours of validation. Reports can be made anonymously. The Complaints & Takedown policy describes the full procedure.

7. Enforcement

We enforce this policy through automated checks on outgoing messages and uploads, review of reports, and, where a credible report requires it, review of the content concerned. Actions we can take include: removing content, disconnecting accounts, suspending or terminating workspaces, withholding referral credit, blocking access from particular devices or networks, preserving evidence, and notifying payment partners, the Platforms and the authorities. We do not refund fees for terms lost through enforcement.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, write to [email protected] within 14 days with the reasons. A different person from the one who made the original decision reviews the appeal and answers in writing. Decisions involving minors, trafficking or non-consensual content are not reversed unless the appeal shows that the underlying violation did not occur.

9. Changes

We may update this policy at any time; the current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
